The DESIGN+BUILD project team helped FCTG secure a prime location by providing test fits, tailored design that strikes a balance between form and function, and transparent budgeting and timelines—all during the critical pre-lease phase. Reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainability, the space integrates natural, biophilic elements, breathtaking views, and an abundance of natural light to enhance well-being.
