The inclusion of Building Information Models (BIM), if any, does not grant permission for any Authorized Uses of the Building Information Models. The use of digital project data is restricted to the original project for which it was prepared and is to be used only as an aid to the successful completion of that project.

The project data is being provided in electronic form solely for your convenience. This does not eliminate or reduce your responsibility to verify any information relevant to your work and responsibilities on the project. The use of any digital project information is at your sole risk and without any liability to DESIGN+BUILD. The receiver of this information agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify DESIGN+BUILD from any losses, claims, or liabilities resulting from the receiver’s use of this information.

Access to this digital project data may be withdrawn by DESIGN+BUILD at any time for any reason without prior notice.
